Anolon Steak Knives

Anolon Steak Knives are super-sharp knives designed to cut through meat instead of tearing it apart. They’re cheap enough to where you should be able to buy a couple sets so you have enough steak knives on hand for everyone in the house that may need one.

They work great on pan-fried and barbecued steaks and are great for pork chops and other tough meats that can cause problems with dull knives. The blades are made of high-carbon stainless steel that is resistant to rust and corrosion. They feature the SureGrip handles Anolon has become known for. While we’re not entirely sold on these handles for kitchen cutlery, we do like them on the steak knives. They feel good in your hands and provide a sure grip as you cut right through any kind of meat.

This 4-piece set features Anolons black santoprene SureGrip handles. While most companies skimp on the quality of their steak knives, these knives feature full-tang construction and glass-finished blade edges.

Anolon Advanced 4-Piece Steak Knife Set

This set is exactly the same as the set above, it just features the bronze colored handles. It all boils down to which color you like best, the bronze or the black. They are within a couple bucks of each other in price, so price isn’t a factor here.
